Poking around and reading about white inks like this - apparently to get a nice white a ton of pigment is used. Works fantastic with the glass pen on black paper - really nice! I resorted to using the white India ink with a brush. Herbin pigmented (non fountain pen) ink in shimmery silver. Just scratches - it just kinds sits there on the nib. Kuretake Comic White Ink Perfect for graphic art, this white ink is exceptionally opaque on black paper and wont reactivate other inks except Copic markers. Nothing going onto the paper after the initial few lines. Tried the glass pen first that worked for a minute or so but then no mater how much I dipped the ink flow just stopped. Wanted to do some drawing on black paper so I got some Dr. So far I have used Nikko G nibs in a holder and also have a couple of glass pens. Once in a while dabble with dip pens so I can use black india ink or other inks not suitable for fountain pens. I generally use fountain pens and fountain pen ink.
